Partner Momentum tracks every donor and partner prospect on one visual pipeline, so nothing quietly goes cold.
Each card is a prospect. Each column is a stage. You'll move cards forward as relationships progress, from first contact to a committed partnership.
Your board has seven stages:
- Identified to Cultivating to Proposal Sent
- Negotiating to Committed to Stewarding
- Declined, for prospects that didn't work out
Drag a card between columns, or tap Move on any card if you're on a touch screen. A colored left edge on each card shows priority: cold, warm, or hot.
Declined cards aren't lost. After 30 days they move automatically to your Archive tab, keeping the board focused on what's active.
Every card has an AI Assist button with three tools, powered by your own API key:
- Stage Guidance suggests a concrete next move
- Draft Outreach writes a warm, specific message
- Fit Score rates how well a prospect matches your ask
Example, Draft Outreach for a mid-size foundation prospect:
"Hi Maria, following up on our conversation at the March luncheon about your foundation's interest in workforce development. I'd love to share how our new job-readiness program lines up with that focus..."
